About Us
We're a small, boutique winery in Sonoma County with one obsession: making the best wine we possibly can from every vintage and every grape. Our team is young, energetic, and fiercely quality-driven as evidenced by our recent two 100pt scores awarded to our Estate Syrah from Decanter Magazine and Vinous. We're looking for people who share the singular focus of making site-driven wines with no compromise. We hope to build a harvest team that's efficient, energetic, and brings a great sense of humor alongside a commitment to quality. We are not able to entertain an J-1 Visas as we are looking for individuals to start August 3rd

What You'll Do
You'll get your hands into every stage of winemaking — not just one corner of the cellar. Duties include fruit processing and crush, fermentation monitoring, barrel work and rackings, lab analysis, maturity sampling, light vineyard work, cellar sanitation, and more.

What We're Looking For
•  General knowledge of winemaking practices
•  Team-oriented and adaptable to small-winery life
•  Able to lift 50 lbs routinely and handle physical cellar work
•  Comfortable with long, variable hours — including 6-day stretches at peak harvest
•  Genuine interest in a career in winemaking or viticulture
•  Degree or current study in enology/viticulture (a plus, not a requirement)
•  A great sense of humor — seriously, it helps
•  Spoken and written proficiency in English
