Operations Manager

Job Description Responsible for supporting and coordinating daily operations across multiple branch locations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellent customer service. The role manages customer sales transactions, employee scheduling (including PTO), inventory management, vendor communications, mobile installation scheduling, and company vehicle maintenance monitoring. Automotive experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations across branches. Process customer sales transactions accurately. Schedule mobile installation services. Manage inventory: receiving, tracking, and allocating products. Coordinate employee schedules and PTO to maintain staffing. Monitor performance and recommend efficiency improvements. Maintain records for company vehicles. Ensure seamless operations through effective communication with managers, vendors, technicians, and customers. Assist with administrative/reporting functions. Support compliance with company policies and safety procedures. Complete and transmit weekly payroll. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of office management systems. Experience coordinating multiple locations/teams is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Commitment to high-quality customer service.
