As an entry level staff, you will be responsible for following, but not limited to:NOTE: This is a hybrid position.Responsibilities:Support and assist the Managers and Seniors on assigned entertainment, music, sports, and high net-worth clients.Communicate effectively with clients and client team members.Prepare Bank reconciliations.Prepare monthly cash basis financial reports and/or cash flow reports.Pay client bills.Credit Card expense analysis for proper coding.Update performance registers.Resolve vendor issues.Update billing worksheets.Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Management)Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and shift focus as needed.Strong attention to detailMulti-taskerKnowledge of QuickBooks and/or Agi link, Data faction a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Applications #J-18808-Ljbffr Citrin Cooperman
