Salesforce Administrator II

Role Overview Join the Go To Market (GTM) Business Applications team as a Salesforce Administrator II. Configure, maintain, and improve the Salesforce org for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams. Focus on Service Cloud, including case management, queues, routing, entitlements, and support organization tooling. What You Will Do Administer and configure Commerce's Salesforce org, including user management, profiles, permission sets, roles, and data security. Own Service Cloud configuration, build and maintain flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and page layouts using declarative tools. Why It Might Be a Fit 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience, Salesforce Certified Administrator required. Strong working knowledge of Flow Builder, experience working alongside a support or customer success organization, and familiarity with CTI platforms and enterprise customer support platforms.
