HR/Payroll Clerk/Assistant

Location: Peachtree City, GA Pay Rate: $28.00- $30.00/hr, DOE Duration: 4 months+ Hours: 6:30am- 3:30pm, Th- Mon

Summary: We have an immediate temporary opening for a HR/Payroll Clerk/Assistant to work on a temporary contractual basis manage and maintain accurate and complete employee personnel files and support with PD document upload. We are seeking an energetic, dependable, well-organized, highly structured, and detailed candidate to be responsible for the following tasks.

• Ability to process and support with payroll efforts.
• Conduct and review UKG reports/ audits. Complete and submit intake forms.
• Review new hire paperwork for completeness.
• Complete a thorough audit/review of files and UKG reports already submitted to ensure all documents in the electronic files align with personnel files that have already been updated.
• File confidential documents, audit personnel files for required documentation and, reviewing documentation for accuracy.
• Shredding outdated personnel files as requested.
• File and retrieve documents for other personnel.
• Prepare records for off-site storage.
• Maintain file room logs to track the location of files.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma and equivalent.
• Accurate data entry and filing skills
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism; Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
• Excellent consultation and execution skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
