Resident Manager - Luxury Residential

Real Estate Owner is seeking an experienced Resident Manager for a luxury rental building in Manhattan. Responsibilities include supervision and training of all building staff, as well as maintaining quality resident relations. Experience Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with tenants Facilities/Mechanical experience with strong knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC Adheres to all regulatory requirements and conducts monthly inspections of all buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with governmental policies and procedures Ensures safety standards, safe work practices, and emergency responses are maintained Maintains tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure they are in proper working order Qualifications 10+ years of experience in live-in Super/Resident Manager role in a luxury building in Manhattan (not condos or co-ops).
