Phipps Label Company is seeking an experienced Re-Roller / Machine Operator (Day Shift) to operate re-roller and die-cutting equipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This role is critical to ensuring pre-printed stock is accurately re-rolled, cut, and staged according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate re-roller and rotary die-cutting equipment to meet daily production goals
• Verify job orders for accuracy and completeness prior to setup
• Perform machine setup, including installation of paper stock, cutting dies, and plates as required
• Load, feed, and monitor paper stock during production runs
• Monitor quality, cut accuracy, counts, and overall unit appearance throughout production
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with adjustments to ensure optimal performance
• Stage completed work according to job instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies, including lock-out/tag-out procedures and housekeeping standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a packaging, printing, or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and understand work orders, schedules, and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
