I earned my bachelor’s degree in business from East Carolina University, and over the years I’ve built an office culture centered around knowledge, trust, and building long lasting relationships with our customers and community. Our office is friendly, supportive, and team oriented with a work hard, play hard mentality. We currently have three full time team members and one part time team member, and we’re excited to continue growing our team. Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gary Elliott - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
