This individual will play a key role in developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Manage and optimize HR processes, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain and oversee the Employee Handbook.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development.
• Analyze HR data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute HR projects and strategic initiatives.
• Assess organizational training needs and monitor training effectiveness. Promote and maintain a positive work environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws.
• Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification required.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience supporting U.S. immigration visa processes.
