In this role, you will focus entirely on human capital and strategic workforce management. You will serve as the vital operational anchor, ensuring a legally airtight, highly vetted, and mission-ready guard force capable of safeguarding high-consequence corporate, retail, and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Rigorous Vetting

• Own the specialized recruitment lifecycle for security officers, field supervisors, and armed/unarmed personnel across Florida.

• Execute strict pre-employment screening protocols unique to the private security sector, including multi-state criminal background checks, physical capabilities checks, and stringent drug screening.

• Partner with operational branch managers to forecast scheduling gaps, pipeline qualified personnel, and run continuous recruitment campaigns for contract-driven staffing surges.

Regulatory Compliance & Credentialing

• Enforce absolute compliance with state and federal private security mandates, local licensing regulations, and standard labor laws.

• Verify, track, and continuously audit active employee credentials, including state security licenses (such as Florida Class D and G licenses) and contract-specific access badges (such as TWIC or SIDA).

• Serve as the primary custodian of highly confidential employee personnel and security credentialing files, ensuring constant readiness for state regulatory inspections.
