Position: HR Manager
\nLocation: Miami
\n \nOverview:
\nOur client is a leading global medical device and consumer goods group with offices and staff worldwide. We are searching for a HR Manager to be responsible for both corporate and LATAM HQ based from Miami.
\n \nResponsibilities Include:
\n- \n
- Strong HR Manager to drive HR for the corporate business population across LATAM \n
- Designing and implementing a world class HR provision including: Business Partnering; HR Operations; L OD; Engagement; HR projects / Change; Talent... \n
- Key part of the LATAM HR leadership team \n
- Business partner to senior leaders \n
- Manage the corporate HR department including payroll, admin, reception etc \n
- Leading many projects in particularly transformation, change, systems, processes \n
- Reporting to the Head HR LATAM & Corporate \n
Candidate Requirements:
\n- \n
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent, Masters degree or professional qualification an advantage \n
- At least 6-8 years HR management experience in a dynamic global environment \n
- Experience leading HR for populations across LATAM and providing a world class people service to the business \n
- Good experience and knowledge of HR, Social security, Pensions, Contracts etc \n
- Excellent business partnering skills and ability to work with senior management - coaching, advising and becoming a trusted advisor \n
- Outstanding communication skills – positive influencing skills \n
- Fluent English essential, Spanish an advantage \n
