- Design implement marketing campaigns across email| SMS| push notifications| and other digital channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Develop custom solutions using AMPscript| SQL| HTML| and CSS to support personalized communications.
- Integrate SFMC with external platforms and data sources| ensuring smooth data flow and campaign triggering.
- Automate marketing workflows using tools such as Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance| reviewing engagement analytics and making data-driven improvements.
- Essential Skills: 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in AMP script| SQL| HTML| CSS| APIs data integrations
- Medical Scientific Writing Skills| US Pharma MLR Compliance
