Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Responsibilities Assist with high-volume phone activity, including routing calls and taking detailed messages Perform day-to-day administrative duties such as data entry, document handling, filing, and scheduling Help manage renewals- request and file necessary information for our pre-renewal review (in this case mileage or driver changes - home= any changes to property) Support the sales team by updating customer files and organizing lead information Handle incoming/outgoing mail, billing reminders, and follow-up communication Assist on alerts from carriers to ensure any outstanding paperwork, payments or questionnaires are being handled by insured Help maintain an organized and professional office environment Work with agency managers/AP to assist them with their workload Give agent reminders and help see items are being completed Uphold confidentiality and attention to detail in all tasks Be a supportive assistant who is a team player - ready to learn, ready to help and always positive Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and communication skills Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed Ability to work in a family-run, customer-focused office Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Insurance office experience is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Mike & Marla Clinkenbeard-Farmers Insurance Agency
