The position is a licensed professional therapist who is responsible for maintaining standards of respiratory therapy and pulmonary lab and ethical practice in accordance with regulatory agencies and California practice requirements. The Manager is accountable and responsible for the daily operations of the Respiratory and Pulmonary Departments. Primary responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing and supporting department activities and staff to assure the philosophy and objectives of patient care services are met and assure resources are available for the efficient, cost effective operation of the department. This position promotes and supports a collaborative team approach in providing care to neonatal, adolescent, young, middles and older adult patients, and establishes policies, procedures, standards and objectives to provide the highest standard of patient care.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
