• Monday - Friday schedule with telephone-only rotating call coverage
• Adult population with an average caseload of 21 patients per week
• PHP average stay of 6 - 8 weeks; residential average stay of 4 - 5 weeks
• Full support staff including NPs, PAs, therapists, charge nurses, and dieticians
• Patients remain with the same treatment team throughout their stay
• Built-in fellowship program with formal mentorship and leadership development
• Focus on mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions in an IP and PHP setting
• Board-eligible or board-certified; MD or DO required; WA state license or eligibility
