Well Care Health in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to support daily administration of our compensation and benefits program under the Director of Human Resources. You will analyze market data, evaluate job descriptions, ensure internal equity, and maintain compliance while collaborating with HR and Finance to inform leadership with insights and recommendations.
