About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Relationship Manager Senior with a focus on deepening client relationships in the business banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large, profitable business clients, with a strong emphasis on deposit acquisition, product deepening, client retention, and growth. This role requires a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and providing financial advice. The Business Relationship Manager Senior will be expected to deliver a high-touch experience, conduct in-person and virtual client interactions, and work to increase the primary bank share through referrals. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a business banking relationship management role or related business lending experience, with a strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products, and business credit underwriting. The role demands excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to anticipate client needs and provide customized solutions. A proactive and self-directed approach, the ability to balance client needs with the firm's interests, and a commitment to risk management and regulatory compliance are essential. A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of diverse business and economic concepts.
