Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative assists customers through Counter Sales, Phone Calls, and Email. This position requires an enthusiastic desire to consistently provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Interacting with walk-in customers at the front counter
• Assisting customers in selecting required parts and recommending associated products and services
• Receiving and processing orders via the counter, phone, and email
• Informing customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
• Answering questions from customers or individuals on how a product operates or directing them to the person that can assist them
• Assisting with any customer service issues that may arise
• Being responsible for both Incoming/Outbound Sales Calls
• Achieving assigned performance goals and objectives as set by management to grow parts business
• Developing new leads by utilizing all available resources, including referrals, web, and other electronic media
• Maximizing current customer potential by using all available resources, including but not limited to CRM contact and data mining tools, purchase analysis to determine growth opportunities, regular contact with owners and key decision makers, developing and leveraging relationships, maintaining current knowledge of new product and market developments
• Documenting all relevant account activity in the CRM tool or other appropriate areas
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements include:

• Inside Sales Experience Preferred.
• Diesel engine parts experience required.
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
• Bilingual a plus - Spanish and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk

• Ability to repeat motions
• Ability to reach at, above, or below shoulder level
• Ability to bend, kneel, and climb
• Ability to lift and carry to 50 lbs.
