The ideal candidate will serve as the analytical and research engine for the team, transforming internal, member, market, competitive information into actionable insights and decision support. The candidate will be a creative, result-driven quantitative problem solver who is comfortable building financial models, conducting deep-dive research, and leveraging advanced tools to guide executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.Responsibilities: Build financial models, business cases, ROI analyses, and opportunity assessments.Conduct market, industry, competitive, and benchmarking research.Analyze member, operational, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.Establish and maintain a centralized repository of research, insights, member feedback, and supporting data.Leverage AI and LLM-based tools to accelerate research, analysis, and content development.Support the development of executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and decision-making materials.Qualifications:4–8 years of experience in strategy, analytics, management consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, strategic finance, or strategic operations.Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.The salary range for this position is $134,475.00 to $173,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors.
