Support may include scheduled preventative maintenance, on-site customer service, various inspections, and general work requests.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with maintenance of multiple state buildings managed by OMES DCAM Office of Facilities Management.Perform complex maintenance and repair activities with minimal supervision.Complete assigned PM inspection schedules for all buildings assigned.Address work requests as assigned.Set up events within OFM managed facilities to ensure occupant safety.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThis position requires standing, bending, crouching/stooping, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying up to 50 pounds or more, in addition to climbing ladders/stairs. Some extended hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
