Front Desk ManagerWe are seeking an energetic, service-driven Front Desk Manager to help lead the guest experience at the Towneplace Suites Omaha West. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.What You'll DoGuest Experience LeadershipLead by example in delivering warm, professional, and efficient guest serviceResolve guest concerns quickly and confidentlyEnsure all brand standards and service protocols are consistently metTeam Supervision & DevelopmentSupervise front desk associates during assigned shiftsCoach, train, and mentor team membersAssist with scheduling and shift coverageFoster positive morale and accountability within the teamOperational ExcellenceOversee check-in/check-out procedures and cash handling accuracyMonitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenanceSupport revenue goals through upselling and guest engagementEnsure compliance with safety, security, and company policiesAdministrative SupportAssist with reports, audits, and daily shift reconciliationSupport onboarding and training of new associatesPartner with the General Manager on performance and service initiativesWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of hotel front desk experience (supervisory experience preferred)Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with hotel property management systems (Marriott systems experience preferred)Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysA positive, team-first mindset
