Job Title US Equity Research REITs – Associate /VP Corporate Title Associate/VP Location New York, NY Overview The Equity Research Department seeks an Associate for the US REIT Research Team. Depending on the level of experience, the candidate may also be considered for a Vice President (VP) title. Ideal candidate should have proven experience in equity research or investment banking, ideally within the REIT sector. A heavy portion of the role will involve coverage of Healthcare REITs, so candidates with sell‑side research or investment banking experience in healthcare services will be preferred. Other sector experience relevant to the role includes broader financial services, CMBS research, or experience working at a REIT in a strategy, corporate development or financial analysis type role. Technical proficiency is key, so candidates should ideally have an MBA or CPA, have passed Level 2 of the CFA, and/or have experience in sell‑side equity research, investment banking, private equity or investment management. Candidates should expect a modelling and written test as part of the recruiting process to demonstrate proficiency. The salary range for this position in New York is $135,000 – $210,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
