About This Role As a New Grad RN Resident at Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital, you will provide exceptional care in the Med/Surg & Ortho unit, engaging directly with patients and their families. This role is ideal for recent nursing graduates seeking professional growth through a structured residency program. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Avon, OH Facility: Avon Hospital Department/Unit: Complex Medical Care Unit Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You’ll Do Assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care. Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care. Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions. Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when needed. Document in patients’ medical records.
