This role is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will employ an empathetic and client-centered approach, ensuring that each person feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey. Your efforts will directly influence their ability to cope with their circumstances and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license in your respective field (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) as required by California state regulations.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a counseling setting, working directly with clients dealing with emotional and mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport swiftly with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is advantageous, enhancing efficiency in tracking client progress and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
