Our ideal candidate is passionate about and naturally skilled at achieving Total Guest Satisfaction while demonstrating decorum and discreteness. You must have at least 2 years of experience as a front desk agent in a luxury hotel or 3 years in a boutique or high‑end independent hotel. Most of all you must live and breathe Hospitality.
