Program Manager

Program Manager Location: WA - Lakewood, Washington. This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as required, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. Schedule: 8‑hour shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm (EDT), Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be necessary based on company needs. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the development, approval, implementation, and compliance of ongoing external client‑facing programs. Develop program budgets and ensure programs meet their stated objectives. Provide subject‑matter expertise in response to day‑to‑day external client‑facing business issues. Research applicable best practices and remain aware of industry trends. Manage external client‑facing relationships and partner with corporate and regional business areas. Coordinate training related to external client‑facing programs. Develop program success measures and perform periodic assessments of program success. Ensure implementation and maintenance activities are organized, timely, and aligned with operational, regulatory, and provider network needs. Compile data for Utilization Management reporting on a monthly basis and for Utilization Management delegation audits on a quarterly basis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and minimum of 5 years of external client‑facing experience in program or project management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: Graduate degree. Preferred: Project management certification. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $106,000 to $159,000. Compensation is based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
