What You’ll Do

- Serve as the design lead on projects, making decisions and resolving challenges as work progresses
- Produce and oversee clear, accurate design files and production-ready documentation
- Partner with project management to align designs with client direction, feedback, and approvals
- Collaborate with preconstruction teams to make sure designs can be produced within project requirements
- Manage team workload and deadlines across multiple projects
What We’re Looking For

- A portfolio showing strong design judgment and attention to detail
- Experience guiding other designers or leading design work across multiple projects
- Strong file organization, documentation, and quality control practices
- The ability to communicate design decisions and work effectively with project and production teams
- A practical approach to balancing creative goals with timelines, budgets, and production needs
