Position Overview

The In-Office Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our sales and operations teams by managing customer relationships and coordinating transport opportunities from initial contact through execution. This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the expectations of high-value clientele within the marine industry.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, inside sales, customer service, or account management (Marine industry experience REQUIRED).
• Industry experience within the recreational marine sector.
• Highly organized with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficient in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of initial contact for dealers, marinas, OEM partners, and customers.
• Develop, mold and maintain strong relationships while providing outstanding customer support.
• Coordinate quotes, and customer inquiries from initial contact through delivery.
• Assist the outside sales team by managing account information, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing initiatives, dealer communications, and trade show planning as needed.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate updates to customers and sales representatives.
• Provide administrative support to the sales department and contribute to process improvements.

Required Experience

• Experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer service, or account management.
• Experience supporting dealer, OEM, or marina distribution networks is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of advanced sales processes and customer relationship management best practices is preferred.
