The Role

We're seeking an outgoing, organized, and motivated Enrollment & Client Services Supervisor to help lead front desk operations, support our students and families, and drive enrollment growth.

This is a fast-paced leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, excels at customer service, and is comfortable achieving sales goals.

Schedule

• Full-Time (4–5 days/week)
• Weekdays: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• At least one weekend day required

Compensation & Benefits

• $27–$30 per hour
• Commission on net sales

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist 50–100 students, parents, and prospective families daily
• Follow up with leads and guide families through enrollment
• Meet enrollment and sales goals
• Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Process registrations, billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Support instructors and maintain high operational standards
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operations

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales experience or proven ability to achieve goals
• Leadership, hospitality, admissions, retail, or front desk experience preferred
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Reliable transportation and weekend availability required

Welcome to Angeles Academy, where we offer the best quality piano lessons, guitar lessons, voice lessons, violin lessons, ukulele lessons, drum lessons, bass lessons, cello lessons, and wind instrument lessons in two beautiful in person locations on the Westside, as well as online or hybrid. The physical locations are in the heart of Brentwood and the heart of Westwood, and provide easy access for students living in Beverly Hills, Century City, Westwood Village, Brentwood, Santa Monica, and Pacific Palisades. Our one on one music lessons are open to all ages and levels. We generally start ages four and up, but also have a large group of adult students. In addition to training beginners, we work with intermediate and advanced students. We can provide professional level coaching and college audition preparation. Many students of the Academy have gone on to attend schools like Juilliard, or have gone into professional careers on Broadway. For over ten years, we have helped thousands of students begin and continue their musical journey. Our talented, friendly, and qualified faculty can help you learn any style or genre of music, and lay the foundation for proper technique in the process. Our instructors are trained to not only get you the skill and technique you need, but also how to keep in fun and engaging by working on the music YOU love.
