Job Title Occupational Therapist Location Thief River Falls, Minnesota Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 35-Hour Weekly Guarantee Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting to restore or maintain functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies to support daily living activities
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Minnesota
- NBCOT certification (or eligibility)
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred
- Prior experience in a SNF or long-term care environment
- Familiarity with Medicare documentation and compliance standards
- Guaranteed 35-hour work week providing consistent and stable hours throughout the contract
- 13-week contract offering a defined commitment with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a SNF setting
