Pridestaff Financial on behalf of a client is seeking an experienced and friendly Accounting Administrator to join their growing team! Please apply now! Main Functions Daily operations of the accounting department. Filtering data Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. Balance accounts by reconciling entries. Process month and year end process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, check runs, debt activity. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Process high volume transactions Assist with administrative tasks Yearly audits Qualifications 1-3 years of accounting experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or in process is preferred Advanced level in Excel Good communication skills Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented Ability to multi-task Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen Pridestaff Financial is an equal opportunity employer.
