Base pay range $23.00/hr - $26.00/hr Direct message the job poster from TBG | The Bachrach Group Position: District Director Accounting and Finance Responsibilities: Approve and send orders to the warehouse for daily processing. Post payments to customer accounts. Follow up on payments, verify deposits, and send payments to accounts. Support and verify credit card payments. Invoice customers for chemicals, parts, service work orders, and drop shipments. Send invoices and statements via email and mail as needed. Enter data into accounts receivable ledger. Scan and code documents monthly. Identify, track, and resolve aging balances. Perform general office duties: filing, answering phones, routine correspondence. Conduct monthly close duties: open items, statements, aging. Maintain financial security and internal controls. Keep information confidential. Suggest process improvements for team efficiency. Multitask effectively, focusing on quality and quantity. Serve as backup for phones. Document workflows and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience with SAP preferred. Experience handling customer calls and accounts receivable invoicing. Knowledge of subscription billing and reconciliation. Collections experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize with minimal supervision.
