Part Time Administrative Assistant/ Accounting Clerk

Employment Solutions is hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant! Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week, 1:00pm - 5:00pm) Our client is a well-established international distribution company that has been serving customers since 1963. Headquartered in Italy, they specialize in distributing premium food packaging and containers for gelaterias, bakeries, pastry shops, caterers, and other food service businesses. The Fort Lauderdale office is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. Responsibilities Receive and process purchase orders Enter orders into the system accurately Record customer payments and invoices Answer and direct incoming phone calls Provide general administrative support and assist with various office tasks Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask If you're looking for a part-time opportunity with a stable, established company, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
