About the Opportunity
We're seeking a passionate, hands-on Sous Chef to join the opening leadership team of an exciting new restaurant. This is an outstanding opportunity to help launch a high-volume, chef-driven concept while building your career with a fast-growing brand that believes in developing its people from within.

What You'll Do
Lead the Kitchen
- Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop Back-of-House team members to build a strong, high-performing culture.
- Help create an organized, positive, and accountable work environment.
Deliver Culinary Excellence
- Ensure every dish meets the highest standards for quality, consistency, presentation, and execution.
- Maintain exceptional food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
- Support a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Drive Operational Success
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, food cost controls, and labor efficiency.
- Help execute prep, production, and service to ensure smooth, high-volume operations.
- Work alongside the Executive Chef to achieve operational and financial goals.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of culinary leadership experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment preferred.
- Passion for food quality, consistency, and hospitality.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
