Remote Medical Records ROI Specialist
MRO
MRO Corporation is seeking a ROI Service Admin to handle inbound inquiries about medical records releases. You will maintain excellent customer service, resolve issues, provide status updates, and document corrective actions in the corporate database.
The role requires HIPAA knowledge, strong data-entry skills, and experience with EMR systems. You will interact with hospitals, attorneys, insurers, and other requesters in a fast-paced setting.
