This is what we offer: Opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environment Brand new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment Opportunity for advancement in a growing company Comprehensive insurance plans 401(k) PTO Competitive Pay Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like: Prepare and process DMV title documents in a time sensitive manner to achieve or exceed title reporting standards Ability to deliver excellent customer service via phone and email Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing Ability to prioritize Prepare purchase and trade-in documentation Contact banks to obtain lien releases Prepare paperwork for submission to the DMV (in state and out of state) Maintain DMV and payoff schedules Performs other duties as assigned Post bundle reconciliations The opportunity is for you if you have: Minimum of 2 years’ experience Title processing required Tekion Experience strongly preferred Positive attitude Self-motivated and diligent Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times This job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
