Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Secaucus, NJ (fully onsite)


Duration: Temp to permanent

Pay Rate: $30-$33/HR

Permanent Salary: $75,000-$80,000

Responsibilities

• Manage AP, AR, GL, vendor payments, cash receipts, ACH/wires, and bank/credit-card recs
• Review POS sales, cash-outs, deposits, discrepancies, and POS-to-QB data transfers
• Support P.O.s, receiving, inventory counts/analysis, and vendor payments
• Process biweekly QB payroll and monthly sales-tax filings/payments
• Prepare monthly close entries, variance analysis, and reporting packages for the CPA

Must Haves:

• 10 years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience; accounting degree strongly preferred
• Excellent QuickBooks experience required-ideally both Desktop and Online, with migration/cleanup exposure
• Strong Excel
