Prosper Bookkeeping is a customer service company that provides bookkeeping. This means we provide a customized premium client experience. We manage the books for small business owners across many industries in the U.S., including architecture, law, medical, R&D and more. Role U.S. Remote, full time at 40 hours a week. $62,400 total compensation ($54,080 base + $8,320 bonus) Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, Internet reimbursement, hardware stipend and wellness stipend. Unlimited PTO. Work hours are typically 9am to 5pm (your local time) and flexible if you need to pick up kids, run errands, etc. The role is 100% internal, no external client communication. Job Responsibilities Categorize transactions and reconcile financial accounts on a monthly / quarterly basis for assigned clients. Non-reconciliation tasks outside of QBO, such as generating invoices, recording vendor bills and processing payroll for select clients. New client cleanups. Preferred Experience QuickBooks Online knowledge (we only use QBO). Prior agency experience managing 25+ monthly clients' bookkeeping. What does this all really mean?
