Regional Sales Manager

Hose Master is North America’s largest manufacturer of flexible metal hose and metal bellows expansion joints, headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with regional facilities in Houston, TX; Atlanta, GA; and Reno, NV. 100% of our products are manufactured in the USA. Primary Job Responsibilities Serve as Regional Sales Manager for a defined geographic territory. Lead and manage a manufacturer representative sales force. Cover a multi‑state territory with 50%–75% travel. Implement and execute the national sales strategy. Identify potential end‑user accounts, secure product specifications, and drive sales through distribution. Lead product training for partners. Conduct joint sales calls with distributor partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or significant industry experience. Metal product experience. Mechanically inclined – willing to work in industrial settings. 2–5 years of outside industrial sales experience. Competencies Analytical ability, problem solving, decision making.
