Vice President Corporate Development

CarterPierce is partnered with a private equity-backed business services platform to identify a Head of Corporate Development to lead deal execution as the company scales through an active acquisition strategy. This role owns deal execution end-to-end once a target is in the pipeline — from initial calls with sellers through full diligence and close — across both platform acquisitions and tuck-in deals. Reports directly to the company's CFO. Responsibilities Run seller relationships and manage deal execution end-to-end Oversee both platform acquisitions and tuck-in acquisitions Team growth, leadership and development Partner cross-functionally as needed to support integration of acquired businesses Qualifications 5–7 years of experience — 1-2 years in investment banking plus 3+ years buy-side/corporate development experience Background in private equity or corporate M&A/corporate development Strong EQ for managing seller relationships directly Technology or A&D/Government experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr CarterPierce, INC.
