About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Corporate Development to lead its executive team in the strategic areas of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. This pivotal role is focused on driving the organization's growth and innovation, particularly in the context of a value-based care model. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and advancing strategic opportunities that align with the company's mission and vision. This includes the development of a robust pipeline of investments, joint ventures, and acquisitions, with a specific emphasis on enhancing the company's capabilities in ambulatory care, post-acute, and emerging care delivery. The ideal Chief of Corporate Development will be a proactive and highly experienced healthcare executive, capable of combining strategic vision with a hands-on approach. They will be expected to work with urgency and sound judgment, while also fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and to build relationships with leading organizations in the healthcare industry.
