Job Description

We're seeking a talented freelance copywriter to join our client’s team and help tell their brand story through engaging, fashion-forward content. As a copywriter, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling product descriptions, social media content, and marketing materials that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, engaging copy for various marketing channels, including product descriptions, social media, email campaigns, and blog posts
• Develop a deep understanding of our brand voice, tone, and style, and apply it across all content
• Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that drive sales and brand awareness
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date on fashion trends, industry developments, and consumer preferences
• Edit and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in the fashion industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing your writing style and versatility
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Deep understanding of fashion terminology and trends
• Ability to capture the brand's unique voice and tone
• Strong research skills and ability to stay current on industry developments
• Experience with SEO principles and keyword research a plus
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team

Qualifications

• Experience writing for a fashion or lifestyle brand
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation best practices
• Familiarity with content calendar management and planning
