We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring and onboarding efforts for a growing dentistry organization in Raleigh, North Carolina. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage recruitment activities across exempt-level roles while bringing structure, initiative, and strong follow-through to the process. The person in this role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, help refine recruiting and onboarding workflows, and ensure new hires are set up for a smooth start in the Raleigh, North Carolina office.

Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt positions, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and start-date preparation.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, align expectations, and maintain momentum throughout the selection process.
• Use platforms such as Workday, Jobvite, and Indeed to post openings, manage candidate pipelines, and support efficient hiring operations.
• Create and maintain clear process documentation that improves consistency across recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate onboarding steps for employees joining the Raleigh, North Carolina office, helping new hires transition into the organization successfully.
• Serve as a connection point between new employees and local HR contacts to ensure key people, resources, and next steps are clearly communicated.
• Evaluate current recruiting and onboarding workflows with a fresh perspective and recommend practical improvements where processes or systems can be strengthened.
• Adapt quickly across different aspects of the talent acquisition function, providing hands-on support wherever hiring priorities require attention.• Experience supporting talent acquisition functions, including full-cycle recruiting in a corporate office environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for exempt-level positions and manage multiple openings at the same time.
• Hands-on familiarity with applicant tracking or HR systems such as Workday, Jobvite, and sourcing tools like Indeed.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and candidate communication.
• Resourceful and curious approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek input.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners.
• Flexibility to step into different parts of the hiring process and contribute wherever support is needed.
• Background in talent sourcing, corporate recruiting, or employer branding is preferred.
