Dental Assistant, Evanston Hospital, Days, Per Diem

Position Highlights Position: Dental Assistant Location: Evanston Hospital Hours: As Needed (8am - 4:30pm M–F) Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84 per hour (dependent on experience) Responsibilities Report to the Mobile Dental Clinic Manager and assist the Clinical Director and Manager in day‑to‑day operations of the clinic. Assist staff dentist and/or volunteer dentists and hygienists in chairside procedures. Perform clerical functions including ordering supplies, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and data entry. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Driver's license. Minimum of one year prior chairside dental assistant experience. Familiarity with dental office software, instrumentation, sterilization and infection control techniques.
