Client Experience Account Coordinator

As a Client Experience Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with school picture day contacts and school administrators. This role includes onboarding new clients, coordinating picture day details, promptly addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and portfolio retention. Reporting to the Head of Client Experience, you will play a key role in supporting client needs, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional experience from onboarding through post-picture-day follow-up. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding Provide a warm and professional Geskus welcome to new clients Gather key contact information, confirm picture day dates, and distribute agreement details via email CRM Management Accurately collect and maintain client and event details in HubSpot Create detailed tickets for upcoming picture days and special events Pre–Picture Day Coordination Review and confirm picture day logistics, including dates, times, and locations Assist with schedule organization and discuss marketing and communication materials Post–Picture Day Follow-Up Conduct follow-ups with schools to review the picture day experience Address post-delivery needs, questions, or concerns Production Coordination Create and manage production tasks related to additional prints, corrections, or special requests Client Support Promptly respond to incoming questions from schools via phone and email Ensure timely resolution and a positive client experience Cross‑Selling & Account Growth Identify opportunities to introduce new Geskus products and services to existing clients Educate school partners on offerings that enhance their programs and benefit students and families Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of additional products or services Account Retention Proactively support long‑term client relationships Strive to enhance the overall Geskus experience and maintain high portfolio retention Compensation Base salary of $50,000 Performance‑based bonus potential up to $5,000 per year 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Continuing education opportunities Seasonal flexibility, including remote Fridays during part of the year Requirements Outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor Strong team player with excellent problem‑solving skills Effective communication and active listening abilities Patience and adaptability to varying situations Professionalism in all interactions Basic computer proficiency Detail‑oriented with a positive attitude Our foundation is in school pictures and yearbook publishing, but our day‑to‑day is comprised of so much more.
