Role Overview Uphold HC Company’s reputation by ensuring the highest standards of professionalism with clients, subcontractors, and associates. Collaborate across departments to bring new insights and help drive HC Company’s growth. Apply your expert knowledge to coordinate project goals, review plans and specifications, and prepare accurate estimates. Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored project estimates. Utilize Procore, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling software to manage tasks efficiently. Actively contribute to our safety culture by participating in the Safety Committee. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field. Over 2 years of experience in commercial project estimation. A proactive, team‑oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
