About the Role: The Operations Supervisor will oversee the company’s organizational processes and operations to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities: Supervision of multiple employees to ensure the coordination of satisfying customer needs. Positively and effectively lead teams to increasingly higher levels of productivity, quality and customer service. Constantly making sure that safety is our number one priority, every day in everything we do. Budget Management Organizing open orders, delivery appointments, requests, etc. to ensure all customers are serviced efficiently and profitably Solving problems as they arise, often in urgent situations Working various short- and long-term research and improvement projects as needed Excellent mechanical ability and strong analytical skills Demonstrated ability to follow procedure and work from a set of written instructions Ability to work in a plant processing environment for extended periods of time Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Flexibility required to work successfully on a team Active individual who will be comfortable spending most of the day walking Must speak and understand English; Spanish spoken/written fluency is a plus Perform other duties as needed Minimum Job Qualifications: Previous supervisory skills in a diverse, fast-paced manufacturing/production environment. Be positive with proven ability to mentor team growth and succession. Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization and computer and office skills. Be willing to work second shift, while demonstrating excellent attendance. Be a solution finder, a problem solver who enjoys making things better through people.
