We’re a close-knit private dental practice looking for a highly organized, dependable team player who takes pride in doing things right the first time. If details matter to you, deadlines don’t scare you, and you genuinely enjoy solving problems, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
This role is for someone who:- Is timely, responsible, and reliable—we count on each other here
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys learning new things
- Is naturally detail-oriented and notices what others miss
- Communicates clearly and professionally with patients and teammates
- Takes ownership of their work and follows through
- Hands-on experience with Dentrix software
- Experience using Weave for patient communication
- Dental office experience preferred (private practice experience a big plus)
- Small, supportive team—no corporate feel
- A role that keeps you engaged and challenged (never boring)
