Executive Director, Business Development

Labcorp seeks an Executive Director, Business Development to drive growth within its Hospitals & Health Systems Division by developing digital pathology and AI-enabled diagnostic partnerships. The role focuses on building executive relationships, executing strategic plans, and expanding long-term health system collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and partnerships through digital pathology, AI-enabled diagnostics, and innovative laboratory services.
- Develop and execute strategic business development and market growth plans addressing health system needs.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with health system leaders, physicians, and pathology organizations.
- Identify, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements while leveraging market insights and analytics.
- Deliver consultative solutions through strategic problem-solving and customer-focused engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years executive-level selling experience required
- 5+ years healthcare or laboratory industry sales experience preferred
- Proven healthcare sales background and CRM platform proficiency
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and business acumen
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel
Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000
