We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a career within commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions. You will work alongside experienced commercial real estate professionals while learning how to identify opportunities, analyze properties, and build relationships within the commercial marketplace. Through ongoing coaching and real world experience, you will develop stronger communication skills, improve negotiation abilities, and gain a better understanding of how commercial transactions move from initial discussions to closing.

The focus is on learning through consistent activity, practical application, and direct exposure to the commercial real estate business. You will gain experience with prospecting, relationship development, opportunity evaluation, and pipeline management while learning the habits that help commercial agents create long term success.

As your knowledge and confidence continue to grow, you will strengthen your ability to work with investors, business owners, landlords, and tenants while developing a deeper understanding of commercial property types, investment strategies, and market opportunities.

Compensation:

$165,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
• Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
• Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision

• Commercial lead follow-up
• CRM and database mastery
• Follow the plan
• Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals

Qualifications:

• Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Independent and self motivated
• Skilled in industry practices and lease language
• Some knowledge of marketing and advertising

• A real estate license is required
• Sales experience
• Must live within daily driving distance of the office
• Must have working rights in the USA
